I found this RV on Craig's List: https://appleton.craigslist.org/rvs/6137061198.html  (1998 Fleetwood Tioga class c motorhome. It has a v10 engine and has under 52k miles. Starts runs and drives great was well maintained) and it's in my price range.  Unfortunately the couch and dinette are gone...
