Battle Born 100ah Lithium in Canada?

I don't know where you are but there are places in Canada that carry the Inergy Kodiak. They are pricey but they get excellent reviews. PoCo Marine in Port Coquitlam has them if you're in the Vancouver area.

options that aren't cats or dogs?

Testify! I have a good story to tell about that. I used to live in the country and one Thanksgiving day I walked into the kitchen to see a wild weasel sitting on his haunches, trying to figure out how to get up to the turkey. We chased him out of the house with a broom but he sprayed a bit of...

    Curious

This is me, too, 100%. (Although, for special occasions I have been known to put my bra on and even shave my legs.)

Almost ready to take off.... SCARED TO DEATH!

Good luck! I'll be serving my notice at the end of March. It's fun watching people actually jumping in and doing what I've only been dreaming of. Yee haw!

    Well, it's a start!

What a great story! I'm a bit of a hacker, too. I want to hear the story about the "positively dangerous" failure!

Anyone diabetic ... what do you eat?

I have Type II Diabetes and am controlling it without using medication. I find the two best aids to this (for me) are fiber and exercise. I try to walk several times a week and get lots of fruits, veggies, berries and seeds in my diet. Christmas is a bad time for falling off the wagon for me...

Not committed to full-timing yet. But planning for it.

It was interesting reading about your thought processes and you're a good writer; thanks for sharing. It's so cool to see how different folks figure out how to get where they're going.

Nighttime cooling for a Texas SUV?

That's a great video! I think I may try one of the smaller versions. Later, when it gets hot again, that is...

I for one am interested in following your journey. Love your quote. I can tell already we are kindred spirits.

    Many Conflicting Thoughts

A third option would be to just follow your own bliss and let her work out how she feels about that. This would force her to "own" her own feelings and actions. She will either adapt to your lifestyle or choose to move on herself. Just a thought...

    Hi everyone.

Welcome from a Canadian gal on Vancouver Island. I may try to make it to RTR next year, as well. This is a great place to learn new things and meet like-minded people!

When the universe gives you an answer .

It's more difficult getting it back after you stop using it but not impossible. I did the same thing and am slowly starting to get back into the groove.

Professionals Living In Van by Choice

I am a professional running my own business. I do not yet live in my van but I've started working towards that. (Right now I live in a tiny one-bedroom apartment.) For me, it is about the flexibility of going anywhere and still being able to do the work remotely. And being able to take my cats...
