    Getting started!

    I feel your gas milage pain lol.  When I first got it I only got 10 and a half miles per gallon in the city. After changing the intake and actually adding a bigger carburetor I now get 12 miles per gallon in the city. Hoping for 20 or so on the highway.

    New to the site

    Hi there.  I am in the process of restoring a 68 ford f100 and turning it into a vintage bugout vehicle for me, my wife, and son.  When it is completely restored I plan to drive route 66 from California to Chicago with my son.  I am sure there will be many more in between :-)
