I am aware of that , i will never buy a viehcle with out mechanic checking first. I think it look good and its a good price but i have to see it first then i go from there.

Thanks bob. Here is the update, i saw the van and its clean inside and outside. The problem is that the sink and fridge is not mounted on the floor and its not working becuase the wiring is not connected. He said that he could not find fuse box. We took the van to the professtional technitician...
