Is this a good deal?

I used to have a '89 e-150 conversion. Had the captains chairs that were supposed to spin on the base. Some would, the drivers wouldn't. Anyway back in 2006 I was rear ended by a Chevy II. Probably a 50 mph differential. I was hit so hard I bent the steering wheel top back almost 60 degrees...

    Multipurpose gear

Another use for the hemastats is tick removal. Use one of the small ones and don't clip it closed. Pull straight out by resting your hand on the part of your body next to the tick. Use a steady pull straight up, away from the skin, and the tick will let go. Do not, I repeat do not jerk it out...

    10 coolest tents from Oddee

I had to go look. Now I want the boob tent! Of course the car tent makes a lot of sense for the stealthy amongst us. And who wouldn't like the Vanagen tent.

    1988 Dodge B350 Van - Opinions?

Have it checked by a mechanic and offer them $2500 and negotiate to split the difference at $2800 or $2900. I tried to find it on nada.com but that year and make wasn't there. they don't cover everything. When you stop to think about it though. $3000 isn't bad for a '98...

    getting prescriptions on the road

I ran out of a med somewhere in Arizona several years ago. Because I use Wally-world for my prescriptions I stopped at one on the way home to NW Florida. Took about an hour or less to fill the 'Refill'. Works for me.

    V6 vs V8 van?

I had an '89 E-150 van conversion. Wasn't hytop though. It was plenty strong enough to flat toe a large car from Miami to cocoa beach. It had the straight 6, which is 5 liter, 305 ci or thereabouts. I'm not sure what the v-6 you're considering is though. When I moved my daughter to college in...

    Heating-Little Buddy

Well when you were talking about compression fittings I assumed that meant you were dealing with copper. My bad.

So yes I wouldn't recommend copper for propane either. You need flexibility.

    Heating-Little Buddy

Why not use a sweat fitting to go from copper to flex. Once it's sweated on it'll never leak.
