E-cigarette business?

I think you might have something here, mangyhyena. I have never heard of that product, and when I was trying to quit, I would have definatly wanted something like that. It seams like it would be alot easier than trying to quit with the other stuff that I know do not work. Keep checking on it and...

    Just bought my van.

Your going to want as much storage as you can get, that's for sure. And if you don't have the under bed storage you will probably really have a hard time trying to find places to put stuff. That area makes a big difference in what you can carry with you in your van. Just my 2 cent's.

Hey everyone, non-computer literate person seeking help, again! I have been trying to add my link for my blog on the end of some of my messages and every time I try to, a message pops up saying my browser, (google chrome), says " I must select some text for this function to work". It was working...

New guy from LA, considering a few alternatives

Welcome Terri! I too have not taken the fulltime plunge yet, but like you, I have things I will need to store and I am also planning on getting a storage unit. Also, you might want to take a look at Blkjak's conversion thread, he has a storage unit that he has converted into a type of little...

    Newbie :)

Welcome Corinne! I can just imagine how expensive it is in AZ. It's bad enough here in the south, Id'e never make it on the west coast. I don't understand how they can get away with what they charge for everything out there. Anyway, we are glad you could join us, and are happy for your being...

    Inverter selection chart

Thanx so much, Starman. That at least gives us a good idea of what types of things we can run. I just got an 800, and I really wasn't sure exactly what I could use with it.

    97 dollar generator?

My vehicle that I will be using is my Honda Trike, so I can't run anything while moving. I pull my teardrop with my trike, so I HAVE to keep things as light as possible. O.k., I looked up solar 5.5 panels and AGM batteries. The panel is 13.5x16 in., I could mount that on top of my trailer. I...

    97 dollar generator?

Thank you very much for that info, i guess i will rethink, again. I am trying to find some way to do this the lightest I can so I can take it in my teardrop. I will be just powering my laptop and a fan or small stuff like that, and only one at a time. I thought I did good getting that generator...

    97 dollar generator?

Thanks guy's, yes that is the gen., it does say on the gen. to use 50 to 1 mix. I was looking at those battery charger power boxes from sears and I think I'll get one of those instead of batteries. I am assuming you can charge them with a gen. The box that I want to get has plugs on it to plug...

    Marriage & RVing

Thank you, Lyric. I really appreciate that. And yes, I absolutely agree with you about the children. In this day and age I wish all children could do without t.v. and internet, it seems like we have lost them somehow, but I also know we can't stop progress. And I think that is wonderful that...

    97 dollar generator?

Do you have to do all that to the generator if it is stored inside the house when not in use? I just bought one of the harbor freight 800 gen.'s yesterday and I want to make sure it last's me a while. Do you use just the reg. gas or would it run longer if you use a higher octane gas? If you...
