    Interesting question about my van

Agreed. It is more likely to be the sending unit IMO. If you do end up dropping the tank, consider making an access panel in case you ever have to do it again.

    AZ parks need Volunteers

Maybe more people would be interested if they offered pay? Also, isn't 26.5 hours a lot for a site? Don't know just asking.

    Medical insurance

Remember, they can only assess the penalty against your return. If you get a return, you are doing it wrong. IMO anyway.

    Big Thank you

From what I have seen in my short time here, everybody seems willing and happy to help out.

Guide to bringing guns to Washington State

I have a Florida permit, but I don't know why you say it should be among the first to acquire along with UT. Care to explain? I do know that it is recognized by most states. Is that what you mean? Is it one of the more universally recognized permits?

Choosing to be Single and on the Road

Really? How much more? I am looking for a good woman with a well set up van/rv. Send picture or RV. :p LOL

Choosing to be Single and on the Road

I am in the same place as Grant. I intentionally dress down and am somewhat overweight so as not to attract the opposite sex. I have been a serial monogamist for most of my adult life. Now I am enjoying being "unencumbered". I love women, too much sometimes. I always end up getting the short end...

Raised to roam - military kids (Brats)

"You can never go home again" What is "home"? I feel more at home on the road than I ever did in any building we temporarily occupied.

    Roll Call - Fall 2015

With the proximity of winter, I have decided to stay in Florida until "Marchish". When is the best time to start putting out feelers for next year's gigs? I would be most interested in paid camp host gigs out west, with paid rv park gigs a somewhat distant second choice, again out west. I could...

So, what did you do during your year off?

Could Van Dwellers learn from this ?

I am like Queen. Military brat, 3 different high schools and more other schools than I care to remember. To me they were all the same. By the time you get to know anybody you are off to the next school to start over. So I don't care about those people and don't even remember any of their names...

I have a friend up there who works for Boeing. What is your skill set?

Short term camp host job GA/AL line

The title is misleading. According to your post, it is volunteer work that MAY lead to possible chances for paid bid positions. What is a bid position anyway?

    B Class Dodge

My class B is titled as a motor home.

    Free lunch at Sam’s Club

So, I guess you go in and say you want to look around to see if the club will fit your needs? Then while there help yourself to all of the free samples to assist your decision process lol.

    Free lunch at Sam’s Club

Does a Sam's Club membership pay off for a single traveler? I rarely by in bulk. The only "club" I ever belonged to was BJs and it was fine for a family, but I don't see the attraction as a single. Am I missing something? I mean the "free lunch" sounds good but only if you are near one.

Reminder of the dangers of extended vans

Who carries so many people in their class B? I understand it is the weight, and probably the distribution of the weight as well, but still who carries and extra 1500-2000 pounds? Still, good information to keep in the back of your mind.
