NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

I may have to do that. I live in a very small town in NC. Raleigh is about a 60 mile round-trip for me. I'll have to start calling around before hitting the road on a wild goose chase.

As it looks now, the EB may work out better for me than the RB. I was hoping that the standard wheelbase...

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

    Vickie,

I'll take what info I can get. Hopefully, someone can provide that last dimension for me. I'm pretty sure that the lower portion of the ribs over the wheel-wells will need to be trimmed to allow for sufficient width for the bed to be installed. It would be nice to have the rib to...

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

Well, I only need one final measurement. Can anyone out there supply the "missing piece" of the puzzle?

Pic attached to show what I am talking about . . . The interior width, above the wheel-wells, from rib to rib.

Thanks, in advance !

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

I am the same way but, unfortunately, I don't have access to a van to measure. Since I'm only doing my initial layout for the floorplan, and trying to decide between the RB or EB platform, an "inch" off won't be catastrophic.

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

    Vickie,

Excellent . . . Thank you, so much, for taking the time to measure that for me !

So, as it stands now, I have a maximum Interior Height of 53" before floor installation and ceiling paneling and a distance of 67" from the inside of...

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

    Unfortunately, it's still "two to go" . . .

I had the 53" height figure from a previous post. However, I knew the distance between the wheel-wells before that.

What I need is the "rib to rib width" distance on top of the wheel-wells. The other...

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

No, but if you don't have access to the vehicle, it does matter.

As I said, I am trying to decide if I need an RB or an EB. When I decide, I will then be buying either an Express or a Savana ( 2500 or 3500 ). Either way, it will be purchased used and I am looking for a 2003-2006...

NEED THREE DIMENSIONS - EXPRESS or SAVANA

I won't be getting it from a car lot. I especially need the length on the inside from the closed back doors to the start of the side door opening. I'm debating between a regular or extended wheelbase van. I'd prefer that standard model, but need to know how much room I have to work with. It will...
