I didn't see a link in your original post. Which was the kit you ordered? This one, this one, or this one?

Cool places to stop in Northern Oregon/Washington/Idaho

What?? NO ONE's mentioned the Tillamook Cheese Factory tour and store?? Unless you're a vegan, this is a must. And be sure to pick up some "squeaky cheese" while you're there: Fresh mild cheddar curds, not to be missed, and not widely available elsewhere. :D The tour is free.

Electric Wiring - Tips and Tricks

I just use Rescue Tape. No adhesive to dry out, comes in many colors, stays forever. If you need to remove it, you can cut it off; otherwise it stays wherever it's put forever.

Seattle, Denver, or Miami As Destinations?

What type of laptop do you recommend

I've had a lower-end Asus for several years and it's doing just great. Have had to replace the keyboard twice but that's a cheap, easy fix you can do yourself. I would advise staying away from an HP unless it's one of their very expensive ones. I've had two of their entry-level ones and those...

What type of laptop do you recommend

So glad to hear someone other than me say that! I tried a tablet so I could see what all the fuss was about. IMO the whole "app" environment is worthless for anybody who wants anything other than a toy. If all the OP wants a computer for is to watch movies, send email, and surf (not all at the...

Dang...you may have just helped me solve the problem of always-too-little-working-space in these little RVs we like so much, with photo #5. Thanks!
