I've had many hobbies over the years. I've been a lifelong canoeist from way before it became fashionable. Got a pilots license in the 90's. etc, etc. The one that traveling keeps bringing back is amateur radio. Once the equipment is acquired, it only costs amperage.

I pull a converted 6x10 with a 4.0 automatic Ranger. Camper weighs around 2500 lbs. It pulls hills fine and is ok from 0-60mph. From 60 mph to 70 mph it is a struggle. Over 70 mph is ok. If there is a lot of shifting between 60 mph and 70 mph, as it does on rolling hills, the gas mileage goes to...
