    THAT has potential! Thanks

    Smaller than Maxxair Fan?

The structure of the roof prevents it. There's a raised part in the center that's 12" wide. I'd have to cut away several inches and I'm not sure if that would interfere with the integrity of the roof, leading to cracks. I just need the right fan to work with what's there.

    Smaller than Maxxair Fan?

I need to find a roof fan with an opening no bigger than 12.5 inches. The Maxxair fans require a 14" opening. My van used to be a news van and the roof was built around a large antenna. Due to the structure of the fiber glass roof, I can't make the opening any bigger. I'm not having any luck...

    "Do Not Disturb" While Working?

Hello Remote Working Road Warriors, I work as a remote medical ASL interpreter and am looking to work on the road from my van. I'm figuring out the data signal issue, my next big concern that I absolutely cannot be interrupted while I'm working. Would you want your interpreter to disappear in...

    CUTCO

I recently bought some Cutco knives through a friend including the big serrated "bread knife." I Braced myself to hack into a giant watermelon and was shocked. It was as easy as cutting an orange!

    Super High Mileage?

So, the story ended with my running in the opposite direction. I ran the carfax, the mileage was listed at 460k back in April and it had been in service since then. Noooo thanks! I appreciate the tips, you brought up things I hadn't thought of and will apply to future searches.

    Instant Pot with solar?

That is the information I was looking for! Thanks so much. I hadn't found a good source for the pattern of consumption. I heard from someone that it used more initially, so thank you for the details.  :)

    Instant Pot with solar?

Who uses an Instant Pot on the road?  I'm headed out in a few months and am used to cooking just about everything in mine. Do you have a 3 or 6 quart ? How much total power does it take?

Super Gauge for curves & frames?

Can it be used vertically, too? I'm thinking of fitting the contours to cut the back of a cabinet to slide up against the wall of the van.

    Super High Mileage?

Hi! I've found an ambulette, or non-emergency medical transport, that's a high top Ford E150 with a wheelchair lift in the back. The has been very well maintained, but it has about 460k miles. The are asking $4k in California. I plan to use it for local trips, then full time for 6 months next...
