    Gas Pump Credit Card Skimmers

I realize this is a few months old but I will reply anyway. Download the app called "skimmer scanner." It scans the area within 25ft for all skimmers. It is invaluable and I use it on every ATM/gas pump/store card reader I use. It works. Must have a smart phone with Bluetooth capabilities.

    Truck Camper and Bounce

What you are describing is called "porpoising." Ive had that a few times on bad roads. Center of gravity should be centered according to manual specifications. Your truck manual should have a section showing where the center of gravity is located when a truck camper is installed. It should also...

    “Nightlife” at RTR 2018

Hmmm my post above posted while I was writing (my phone refreshed mid stride) then wouldn't let me edit so here was my final post that didn't post. Actually, the truth, straight from a BLM official to myself, (so it's not heresay), asked me if I was camped in the music section. I said, "nope."...

    “Nightlife” at RTR 2018

Actually, the truth, straight from a BLM official to myself, (so it's not heresay), said that there were numerous calls into law enforcement from NON RTR people. Other groups camping in this same area called 911!

2018 RTR disabled/ chronic illness meet and greet?

Ok here's a kicker. I'm disabled with a chronic illness. I have a genetic immunodeficiency. I'm at the RTR, but I'm missing the whole event bc I got sick, and I don't have the strength to leave my camper. Some wonderful people went to get some things for me. I would LOVE to be there, and will...

The universe didn't want me to get here!

Thanks ray ray. I'm not new to the forums, but I can introduce myself again if you like.  I'm a newbie to the RTR and to full timing as of December 20, 2017, hence why I posted here. Feel free to delete this post if it's in the wrong place.

The universe didn't want me to get here!

But I'm here! I made it! Through fog and fen, and a whole plethora of one near disaster after another on the road that turned a planned relaxing five day journey into FOURTEEN knuckle biters, I have ARRIVED! No worse for the wear, I'll be at the RTR with bells on! Hope to meet many people and...

No RTR for current Ehrenberg dwellers?

Well gaaaaauuulllly! I was unaware of this rule, and have been on Ehrenberg BLM SINCE the 2nd. I google mapped my exact location to the RTR campsite and it's 26 miles, so I'll defend my case if need be. I'm not going to stress over a rule. Every rule has a loophole. I'm going to the RTR. I...

2018 RTR disabled/ chronic illness meet and greet?

I'd love to. So much needed info for people with disabilities. I have multiple health problems and I just became full time on December 20th. Been planning since 2013, and on Dec 20th it all came to fruition. I'm so excited and at the same time finding many roadblocks I need to plow through that...

I'm sick, disabled, and I'm heading out! By choice! Need advice!

But how do you keep dr appts in Iowa if you're in AZ for example? That's my question. I'd really like to travel where I like, but a 1300 mile trip every other month (the gubment's mandatory appt schedule for med refills), will eat me up in diesel. I feel like even though Im leaving HUD, the...

I'm sick, disabled, and I'm heading out! By choice! Need advice!

I have purchased a truck camper, and am ready to live the nomad life. I am currently receiving disability. I have a genetic immunodeficiency, severe debilitative arthritis, (I use crutches), and military caused PTSD. (Civilian colateral damage incident - wrong place at wrong time - so I dont get...
