    Yes, it heats really well. I stayed in it for a month during last years sugar beet harvest in Michigan. found out the hard way that you should keep a little water on the stove boiling so it doesn't get so dry. I had chapped lips for a week. lol

    thank you everyone for your response, I found some good chains on chains r us website for just for over 200 bucks. ill be leaving michigan and headed for the north west in the spring. if i can avoid elevations over 4000 ft i think ill be okay but im still thinking i wanna have them just in case...

    since it was removed 2 years ago for fear fire, due to being installed originally over shag carpet I haven't had power, when not on shore power. I just placed wire nuts over the existing wire and taped them too for safety lol, im no electrician barely know the basics.
