I don't know if its true, but all the newer vans I look at seem smaller on the inside.  Even before I gutted my '97 E-150 it was big on the inside.  The low price was a bonus.

Its a good idea, but I worry in a closed vehicle you would be blowing a lot of extra moisture into the air.

I imagine a metal frame would cause more road noise than wood.&nbsp; Just be sure it fits what you need.&nbsp;
