I don't know much about cars, but wouldn't all that stuff stress the frame and screw up the handling? Although I suppose if you do that to your car, careful detailed considerations aren't on the menu. :p

Here you could get pulled over for leaving your parking placard hanging from the rearview and obstructing the drivers view. Pretty sure that would give the local cops a ticket book hardon.

They are like someone who open carries. They are making a statement, but will probably be the first person wacked if stuff really does come down.
 
I like it! I have a fondness for art cars. There is a guy who lives in town who has glued every square inch of his pickup truck with little dollar store toy dinosaurs. It makes me smile every time I see it. :)
 
Staged.  There is no way that can hold full cans of liquid and the rest of the garbage.  

Also, only an idiot would depend on jerry cans with the modern alternatives out there. 

But someone did create that ~~~ thing.
