WoW!!! What is wrong with this!

I got locked off the site and have probably spent three maybe four hours trying to reset the password and the site would not work!!! Went cycling around in circles accomplishing nothing ... emailed admin twice maybe even three times ... so then i tried to resubmit as a new sign up but it read " another member is using that email" or very similar so i had to register again using a new email address and cant get the private message that i was originally trying to respond to from my other account on here because i am locked out of it .... im frazzled plus i have a mobile phone and this page keeps magnifying itself so that i cannot see the page and some glitch kept the bold stuck on when i tried to type this ... geesh ... anyhow i am sorry to who the person was that responded to my question ... i cannot even remember exactly what they said but Thanks to who it was for responding.
