Hi everyone!

I am a professional who lives near Annapolis, Maryland.  Due to student debt, a desire to minimize and an adventurous heart, I'd really love to convert my apartment life to van life.  I love my profession and have a great job, so I want to stick around.

I've read and seen a bit about people working in stationary places and working, but not much about doing it on the East coast.  There a couple of RV and mobile parks around my way, but they're expensive and not very well reviewed.

Does anyone have insight, advice, or resources about living in a van while working in Maryland?

Start by finding out what local ordinances there are against sleeping in vehicles, parking on the streets overnight, etc.

Not in MD but I am on the East side of the Mississippi and working professionally while full timing in van. I did ease into it by staying in a St. Park that was near my job for the first few  months until I was comfortable doing the stealth thing.
If I buy any new clothes I make sure they are the wrinkle free material so I can still look professional in the office. It's hard to store them in the van and not get wrinkles otherwise.
Good Luck and hopefully this will work out for you too.
