Looking at first glance like a construction / utility / maintenance company's "mobile supervisor's office"

might be good camouflage, maybe help with out of state plates too, but don't go so far the cops could say you're "lying"

I think would require commercial registration rather than RV if that state's had explicit markings on the tag.
