How does a person get started?   

Like Insurance?  How much is it, where do you get it? 

I am not old enough to retire , but i really need a new life. 

I have no idea where to start or what to do first. 

I have a vehicle and i just bought a pop up camper, ( curious about how you stealth camp in one. )  lol  

anyone out there willing to let me pick your brain?

Welcome, Wolf! You've already started if you have a vehicle! I would guess there's no stealth in a popup, but if you're wanting to travel or be a "snowbird" you don't need stealth. If you're going to be working a 9-5 and living in your vehicle, that's where stealth comes in.

The best spots don't need stealth! The bigger the city, the farther you need to be away. There is still quite a range where you can work and not need stealth. If you need to work seasonally there will usually be temporary arrangements available.
