Well The New Journey Begins!!

So we bought a van!!! 1 owner 2003 Dodge Ram Van 1500 with tow package 140,000 on body and motor!!! Older couple used it to travel to Lubbock Tx and back on road trips. Well maintained and taken care of. They wanted $3500.00 I talked them down to $2000.00 
I put on Brand New Goodyear rugged all terrain 10ply tires!!! Got her front end aligned and fluids changed and lubed up. Pulled all seats out today and running boards I didnt like. Got lots to do but its a start. 
We are taking it to Way out west to Marfa Tx to work this next week.
We are headed out to Install Wireless internet and remote cameras on public school buses there. We travel doing IT contractor work.

Oh I like running boards and I will have them. If you see the ruuning boards now. They are cracked in the plastic but under the broken plastic is the running board part. The part you stand on and it holds all weight it is attached to frame rail. So I got rid of the plastic crap. Im left with the raw metal steps. I will sand these down and paint black. I will have the steel metal boards that was under the ugly broken plastic. I will post pics as I go.
