Tracy, sounds like you're well set. Nice RV camper and certainly nursing jobs are available all over the country, especially in towns outside the big cities, and where it will likely be more hospitable to stay. Many newcomers are hitting the road without knowing how they can support themselves, and start worrying about stealth camping in cities. You can likely go to nice places and survive well. Good luck.
