I'm wondering now if a guy could find an elevated parking port where he could "store" his light travel trailer a few floors up. Say he'd want to rent parking for his car there too. He may be in the downtown within walking distance of a "Planet Fitness", restaurants, laundries, etc. In the later evenings he could go back to his trailer and fire up a small generator (like the Honda knock of that Harbor Freight now sells with the 12 volt converter in it)
He may have to find a spot in a secluded corner and be willing to pay $30 to $50 dollars a month to park there. If he has a car, he can bring water in.
The catch would be his living in the trailer at night. Or using propane for heat or gasoline for the generator.
Then if he could work part time as a watchman in the parking port perhaps the owners would look the other way.
I've seen Jet Ski's on trailers, Bass Boats, utility Trailers, and even farm equipment parked in places like this.
If a guy got in there in the later evening after work, and rolled out early before people came in to park their cars to go to work, I doubt anyone would know what he was up to. If he could park his car next to it
he could haul in supplies. Buy dry ice for his refrigeration if he had to. Just use the trailer for a place to sleep
mostly. If he's in the downtown he may have a larger public library where he could lounge, use the computers & internet, (or his lap top/tablet and WIFI there) etc. Then use one of the many Gym's to go clean up and change clothes.
But, it's a thought if anyone could pull it off.
