Not sure about that, All I did was look at some of the prices and they have some good prices on there stuff . Some of the vans are setup with some racks that I would keep . Just add a bed and a few other things and go .

They sell off government vehicles most with no reserve. Also Govplanet is good

I purchased my 2012 Chevy Express 2500 from there in April 2016.  I'm very happy with the van and the price I paid.  They get vehicles from everywhere.  Mine came from Florida, was and is still rust free.  I looked at five or six and test drove three.  I live an hour away so went on a Friday to pick out the van.  Then went back on Saturday with a friend to pick it up.  Needed someone to drive the minivan back.
