Unicell box truck for urban living

I'm looking for something easy to insulate (heat and sound proofing), good for solar and with no windows (for heat and security). I'm planning on having a decent sized kitchen, a wood stove, a bed (I'm 6'2) , a shower and storage.
If you've any opinions I'd be grateful if you shared them, thanks.

The box roof is translucent plastic panels near the rear.

Would that require some extra work?

I remember comments mentioning that on other trucks and stepvans.
