howdy dwellers , here's a video tour of my van , hope it inspires you and yours!

Hi Dave2D,

Thanks, I enjoyed watching your video. I thing your idea for the bed legs is absolutely genius. When I first saw it I was like, hum, why would someone do this? You're very clever sir!

Welcome, Dave2D! And second on the cool leveling bed, simple but so effective.

Welcome to the CRVL forums Dave2D! Any chance you can posts some pictures for those of us who can't watch videos because of limited data plans?

To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips & Tricks" post lists some helpful information to get you started. We look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the forum! Very clever to use scissor car jacks for bed legs. The bay area parking can be hilly; so, they make so much sense as a way to level your bed. Pics would be great!

Very nice video -- showed us a lot but succinct.

Interesting ways to use your upper wall space with the bungees and hooks.

thanks for the welcome guys, heres some screencaps for people with low bandwidth

nice move on the adjustable bed...has me sitting here trying to figure ways to extend rear jack operation to front for convenience, and wondering how one might rig it so two jacks work in tandem.... :)

not sure you wanna rig them in tandem , due to the fact some roads have both axis'es needing adjustment , might be a down hill with a slight learn to the right , each jack would needs its own adjusting, but yeah a way to operation to the front would be cool , i just dont have the money to get into that type of customization rightnow ~ maybe two of those corner angle attachment things then a really long pole that reaches the front

New poster here. Great idea about scissor jacks, Dave2D. Can you clarify how many jacks you use to level the bed? 2 or 4?
