Thoughts on this '87 Chevy short bus? (Not mine, but bought by a 'dweller)

I'm curious what you guys think of this bus and/or any known issues for this make/trans etc. It's not mine but it was bought by a traveler (Matt Derrick over at Squat the Planet).

Description: "1987 chevy short bus tbi 350 turbo 400 transmission.  Runs and drives great everything works. The seats have been removed but the interior is in good shape. Not tore up at all. Has good tires and aluminum wheels."

Seller claims 30,000 miles on the engine and 147,000 miles on the body.

Purchase price: $1,500

good score at a nice price

only known issues are reliability and cheap and easy to find parts,i would want to keep a carburetor/intake manifold and fuel pressure regulator stowed away for the fun of it though
