Hi!
First off would like to say we love this forum. About three years ago we hit a really ruff patch in our lives and were homeless for three months. Limited to camping at a free hunters campsite in NC. It was because of this forum that we learned allot of neat ways too survive, thank you!
Oddly enough it was the happiest three months of our lives and we had four children at the time and two dogs living in the woods?, but we were stationary due to my husband needing back surgery and dealing with “stupid” workers Comp. We realized that we would do that forever if we could, but’s we couldnt figure out how to make it work financially.
Three years later living in a huge three bedroom home and having everything we could need only made us more sure that this is not what we as a family want to do for the rest of our lives, so we have figured out all the financial stuff and will be making the plunge with in the next year! After being a silent observer of and on we decided to introduce ourselves?
PS: we now have 6 children and one dog! (And our children fully understand what we plan to do, well the older ones any way, and are very excited as well) we travel allot any way because our families are spread out all along the east coast.
