The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection, he was 72. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, The California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The gravesite was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but later in life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still, as a crusty old man, was considered to be a roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived by his wife, Play Dough; two children, John and Jane Dough; plus one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly Dad, Pop Tart. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

You forgot the Doughboy went to the Olympics. Understandably forgotten though. Was a stale performance. Didn't win a Gold Medal.

2018 has been a bad year, I do not know if you heard yet, but CNN just released the following sad announcement that POP-N-FRESH passed away.

A veteran Pillsbury spokesman, POP-N-FRESH, died yesterday of a severe yeast infection, and complications from repeated pokes to the belly. He was 71. FRESH was buried in one of the largest funeral ceremonies in recent years.

Dozens of celebrities turned out, including Mrs. Butterworth, The California Raisins, Hungry Jack, Betty Crocker, and the Hostess Twinkies. The graveside was piled high with flours as longtime friend, Aunt Jemima, delivered the eulogy, describing FRESH as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.

FRESH rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with many turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Still, even as a crusty old man, he was a roll model for millions.

FRESH is survived by his second wife, Play Dough. They have two children and one in the oven. The funeral was held at 3:25 for about 20 minutes.
