Just saying hello, I have been watching videos of builds for a couple of years now, still have not decided the best route for me and the Mrs as far as Van, RV, Camper, etc.

We recently took a three day road trip to Pensacola and I learned a lot firsthand about boondocking, had a great time and the only real issue was air flow even with temps in the 70s it got really hot in our car but we survived and got to watch the sun come up on the beach so I will still call it a win lol

Can't wait to hear you chat more about how you land into full time. Car, van or rv? It is exciting isn't it? Knowing that freedom is a bit away and you are ready to jump at it!! best of luck in your future adventures! Many posts to read about air flow, how people stay comfortable in weather swings and heat and more. Read on :)

Welcome to the CRVL forums Overgrown! Glad your first trip was successful. Keep us updated!

I too love seeing a beach outside my window when I wake up. I've been boondocking for years - long before I ever heard the word boondocking. I just drive until I can't then park somewhere to sleep. I've been woken by law enforcement only twice and both times it was no big thing - they said they wanted to make sure I was okay.

Thanks for the response, looking over some pictures of other KIA builds on the forum and brainstorming.
