Is it possible to use 12v 100watt panel (polycrystalline) and wire it to 12v 150watt (polycrystalline) panel or if there is a 12v 150watt (monocrystalline) What would it be series or parallel?

The panels have a sticker that includes the open circuit voltage.  They are probably the same within a half volt.  They both probably have the same number of cells.  Count them.  The two panels will probably be fine connected in parallel, plus to plus, minus to minus.

An MPPT controller will likely have trouble finding the maximum power point with two different panels.  The difference compared to matching panels will be insignificant.  A PWM controller wil be unaware of the difference.

Ok. Ive been trying to read and understand it better but im confused. Because right now i have pwm w/ 12v 100watt poly.

So you’re saying that if i use pwm with the mixed 12v panels (100/150) in parallel would it would run fine.

Going over the rating of the controller or do you mean not going over the rating? I have one that says 30amp.

The amp rating is also on the label in back, you’re fine with a 30 amp controller with mismatched panels in parallel.
