Small cheap to build wind generator

<font size="2">It has some interesting ideas on how to build a wind generator from scrap, but I can't say I think much of the battery charger part.&nbsp; The propeller cut from pvc pipe may not be optimal, but it's cheap and easy.&nbsp; Floppy drives and printers for the source of a stepper motor can be found fairly easily.&nbsp; If you buy all new parts, I'm guessing it would cost about $20.<br>http://hackaday.com/2011/09/27/sustainability-hack-wind-turbine-battery-charger/</font><br><br>
