Sorry that don't have a link but if you check The Weather Channel or search for the video on YT on online you’ll likely find it.
looks like he was a Dish Network installer (by his shirt) and had been working on someones house on June 19th.

If you more technical minded people can post the lnk folks may want to watch it. Definitely not click bait, just glad that he is safe.
