Welcome river stone to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

First, off I moved your thread to the "Newcomers corner"
second, what is the towing capacity of your truck? How much does the trailer weigh? A 25' trailer is getting kinda large for a F150.

Mechanic is a fleet manager, says i can do it BC adding air shocks. Also cuz i stripped out so much.
Idk weight, can't tow to weigh station, ATM.
5 liter engine 8 cyls., 4WD.
Will anybody see this post in newcomers?
I want to discuss rebuild ASAP.
Read rules, saw nothing re links to videos.

Trailer 5350
Truck capacity 8100
Remember, trailer stripped, basically tin box on chassis with filing cabinets.

You fleet manager gives me less than zero faith in his assessment. This is very bad advice. Air shocks should never be used for any reason.

You can start another thread in any of the sub forums you like.

Watch your weight.

Start your own thread in the section about people who have travel trailers. As you suspected the newcomers section is really not quite the right place for getting advice on renovations or vehicle repairs.

Rv thread is good. Also can ask about specifics under Life on the Road thread. There is a place for mechanics, AC and a slew of other things.

Welcome to the forum.
