Retirement T-31 days

Hi All. Picking up my WeeRoll (see Bob's interview with Tom C) then off to test myself in this next adventure. Twenty years in state govt ending 1/31/2019.  Will continue to raise butterflies to fill my soul.  Maybe I will make it out to RTR 2020.

Congratulations on your achieved goal, just retired myself after a serious robbery where the owner was shot and I was held down with a 9mm to my head by some masked thugs with guns. see ye 20/20.

Unfortunately, I have another 5 years until I can pull out of my 401K, so that will be my planning stage.

Congrats on your pending vacation....make sure you work 1 month past your birthday to qualify for one additional year's worth of SS benefits (a slightly higher payment for life).

Congrats and just FYI, there are plenty of of good reasons to head for Quartzsite area even if you will arrive after the RTR...

So true....My full time snowbird start is planned for April 1, 2023. Meanwhile, I suffer retirement envy!
