Researching - need tutorials on electrical setups

Hi all, I am researching minivan camper setups for the purpose of road tripping in our Sienna minivan (me and my husband).  The whole topic of the electrical setups is like Greek to me— does anyone have suggestions of a set of tutorial videos designed for someone like me who has literally no background in anything electrical?  I appreciate how important this aspect of a setup is, and feel like I’m really lacking learning resources that are geared for someone like me.  Thanks!  Diane
