Possibly here's a way for some of the lovely ladies here to make some money, though I'd guess it could only work if you were living in one area and not traveling all over the place.

Funny, in my home town there was a scandal over a frat house attempting to rent a mom. Oh, wait, we're talking about something different again.

But my question is, why pay good money for a second mother when both of them say "I'm not your maid!" ?

I'm going to start racking up the hours I spent repeating a few phrases to a 42 y/o who uses me as a substitute Mom...

'Life isn't fair, get used to it'
'**** happens'
'teenagers are hell, they will grow up'
'no you can't kill her (14 y/o) for that'
'Suck it up Buttercup'

And the one she hates to hear the most 'Happiness is a choice'.

On second thought she'd go bankrupt if I ever handed her a bill for the last 3 years worth of 'Mom' and thanks to my counseling, she just managed to get herself out of debt this past spring...Naaa, no bill forthcoming!!

I AM going to send the link to another 'mom' who has taken on another 40 y/o in dire need of a good mom..
