From what I see online it goes to the seatbelt latch. Triggers a warning to let you know when passengers in back are not properly buckled up.

Head to YouTube there are several videos on how to remove the rear seats in a Sienna. YouTube is a great resource for this vehicle specific kind of stuff.

Thank you, Makki2. I did find a video later last night. It suggested disconnecting the battery first before unplugging the wires.

Always disconnect the battery before playing with any wires. It's very easy to trigger a warning light that can only be turned off by going to the dealer. And you might get really upset with yourself for having to fork out $575 for them to reset it because you were too lazy to spend 5 minutes disconnecting the battery when all you were going to do was disconnect and reconnect a plug in less than 15 seconds. I'm just sayin...
