Last week I finally made up my mind and ordered an EVE 230Ah*4 from a lifepo4 supplier called BatteryFinds, today they sent me a video and said this is the battery I'm about to get (on the paper I wrote name), the whole is perfect, the voltage is 3.33V, but I found that the internal resistance is 0.25Ω±3Ω, is this normal?
I know DIY batteries need cell balancing before use, so before I start using, do I need to use BMS to balance the internal resistance in addition to charging?
