pork chops for Christmas dinner?

Yes indeed, I can now testify that pork chops are a great substitute for turkey for Christmas Dinner. Quick and easy to cook, its the "other" white meat  

Goes nicely with all the other trimmings such as stuffing, potatoes, gravy, salads, etc.

I have not bought them for quite a while so it was indeed a treat.  Pork chops are a real favorite of my dinner guest so he was very happy about the menu.

A true Christmas feast for two with just the right amount of leftovers.
