Please advise, I'm just beginning insulation in my Chevy Express cargo van.  After watching Bob's new van build-out videos from 3 years ago, I purchased 1/2" polyiso from Home Depot.  The boards have silver covering on both sides.  I believe in Bob's video those sheets had only one silver-faced side.  Not sure if it matters that mine have 2, but want to ask for input before beginning to cut and adhere them just in case.  Thanks in advance for weighting in.

You don't need to adhere it, use the walls to hold it in place. Highdesertranger

I used Polyiso in my Express van, from one to three inches where it would fit. The thicker the better.... one half inch won't give you much protection.

Half-inch Polyiso flexes better than the thicker ones, fitting to the curves of the wall. You can add multiple layers to build up the thickness if you want.
