So how many people on this wonderful forum do this full time. No weekends off. No home base but 100% living with you and your wheel home?
Thats wasn't suppose to say can but VAN

@She, thanks for getting the poll up.

Lets do it again in the spring so I can say 100 percent YES!

@wilderness return YeeHaw!

Dragonfly
I haven't slept in a house in 2 years. March will be my 10 anniversary of living in a vehicle, but not consecutive. For 6 straight years I lived in a box van, then for the last 4 striaght years I've lived in my camper/trailer. I have no intention of ever living in a house ever again. Bob

I'll be 100% until Xmas where I will stay with family for about a week, then back out 100%.

Love your post 4x4, and those pics! Did you take them yourself?

Yes sir, all pics I post are ones I take myself. Thank you
Been going for 2 years now, my wife and I, in our modified box truck chevy van. It has not been without it's challenges. 1) wife is disabled 2) mechanical problems with our transmission has slowed us down quite a bit. Until recently, all our camping has been boondocking in National forests and the like. We run our lights, local tv, water pump and so forth with 2 agm 8d batteries and a 750 watt inverter with a 20 amp charger. We can go about a week without recharging, and then we hook up one night at some cheap campground. This system works well for us, as we are not interested in stealth or the cities. Once we camp, I run for groceries and errands on my motorcycle.

I travel where the weather suits my clothes.shorts,t-shirt sandels -a beach in the winter months and usually mountains of N.Mex in summer

Off and on for two years. Right now I'm totaly off for a while.

Im a member of the full time RV club. Current home is a 22 ft 5th wheel parked lake side.

I've been in this van for almost 1.5yr. A Dodge Laramie for 2yr, and a Dodge Decota for about 2yr. And working a 40hr week job until last month!
When I visit friends I sleep in my van.
I guess I'm 100% ;-)

99.9% on the road for the last 26 yrs (since I was 20 yrs old).
Hmmm come to think of it, it has been one year 100% full time... Not one regret except that I was not able to get it figured out sooner...
Willy wow 26 years? You must have some stories to tell!

Can't vote at the moment. Ask me again in February. We currently spend about one month a year in the van.

Yeah, got a few. I mostly hang out in some pretty desolate places metal detecting and prospecting. Would like to get something bigger than what I have so that I could make gold nugget/gemstone jewelry for the xtra bux. Also, if I want to hook up with a woman, I'll need a few more amenities.
