picking up new van

its been a long time since ive posted. after 25k miles traveling across the country my last van started to get an engine knock and needed quite a bit of work. so i sold it and its time to start a new build.
Im picking up this 1994 for e-150 tomorrow for 1800$ has 226k miles on body but the inline 6 was rebuilt at 199k as well as the c6 transmission. walls are already fully insulated and paneled. no body rust or anything major! i have read some amazing reviews about these for engines and hoping with the rebuild it will go for a long time!

I like the sliding door by the cab, I had to build my own, more foam insulation in some areas and you be extremely comfortable. The van in your picture is what everyone should strive for in their build up.

I like to show off how much foam insulation and a small 2 amp swampcooler can do. Thats almost a 40 degree difference, that sliding cab door and no windows in the back does that.

I lied, went to look at the van and he lied through his teeth, van was covered in rust, had check engine light, would not go above 40 and the belts squeled for about 4 min at start up, so back to looking

found another potentional im going to be checking out when i fly back home to Missouri next week, 1991 econoline, only 74k miles brand new tires mechanic owned already built in the inside but i will change it
