I found an article online that's helping me sort-through some of these things. It was originally authored in 2012, but got an update in 2015. Even so, it mentions the importance of staying up-to-date on the facts/research:

I had read that article and thought it did a good job, too.

You'll also find an older blog post or two that Bob's written on the topic... AND several conversations threads discussing things like getting healthcare in a particular state, etc.
