I'm sold on fulltime rving in a local trailer park,

If you'll be living just in a local trailer park, a legal street address shouldn't be a problem. If they don't allow you to receive mail at the local trailer park, you can rent a PO Box and use that for your mailing address and when required, your legal street address, living full in an RV, can be the address of that park. If I am misunderstanding, please clarify.

Won't the Park allow you to put up a mail box in front of the Park on the main road ?
Many parks have numbers on the parking slots so when you put up a mail box you put that slot number (like an apartment number) on the Mail Box. Then when the mail delivery is running go out and stand by your box and introduce yourself to the mail carrier and let them make note of your name and residency there. (that is if the mail carrier doesn't come into the park) You may have to walk out to the road to get your mail each day.
