I've been very strong about using a trusted F&F S&B to get real residential address for legal & financial purposes.
Never use a mail forwarder for that function if at all possible.

There is no guarantee that address will be accepted by all financial institutions, or even government agencies, but this solution at least seems more secure than most commercial providers I've heard of.
