Two weeks ago I traveled from Ajo up through Gila Bend and Wickenburg to Flagstaff then to Page Az. with no problems. When I went through Kayenta the next day tribal police were present (middle of the road, flashing lights) I would assume insuring the lockdown/stay at home order was being enforced. I was able to buy gas at the pump with a credit card but most stores were locked up and all restrooms in stores were closed/out of order. San Juan county and several others are not allowing camping within the county by nonresidents ($680 fine) and this includes all lands in the county such as BLM, National Parks and National Forests. Hotels are closed as well. Anyone traveling through the reservation lands or Southern remote Utah should check with local authorities for closure policies. Commercial trucks are still on the road so I would assume major truck stops are open but there aren't many in this part of the country so plan ahead as it is a bad time to be on the road here in Southern Utah. If you are coming north I would stick to major interstates or truck routes as much as possible. I used Airbnb in restricted camping areas for overnight.

Appreciate it but focusing on Parker specifically

Probably get what I can in Q and just try to get to CVS in Parker, then leave.

Since no one is responding to your question, I'll weigh in - the main route from Qsite to Parker is all on state routes. Maybe you could check with ADOT? I actually don't think they would close these roads, but if they did, seems like ADOT would know.

Maybe call CVS before you go. Even if the tribe is correct that they have jurisdiction, doesn't seem like they would close a pharmacy any more than they'd close a food store.

I'm in Quartzsite and while I haven't been to Parker I have been closely monitoring the local chatter page on facebook. Over the last 24 hours and even within the last 45 minutes a number of people have posted about shopping in Parker, that the stores were fairly well stocked and gas is cheap at $1.90. In regards to the Tribal order, not one person reported anything unusual as far as tribal enforcement, it seems to be a non-issue for people going to Parker and shopping there.

I just did a resupply of food items yesterday and stayed in Quartzsite because I wanted to avoid the busy scene of Parker. The stores in Q were not crowded, people were friendly and respectful of space, and while some shelves were depleted, I was able to get everything on my list. At the Coyote I even saw people leaving Family Dollar with packages of toilet paper!

Parker was really hectic, holiday weekend probably but no way would I use there as my hub.

Hands down worst CVS pharmacy I have seen in my 10 yrs of using them. Lied right to my face when I balked at having to wait an hour for rx that were called in Wed. "I don't know when it was called in"...wtf.

That's after a day of attempting to get somebody on the phone, unsuccessfully.
Their 1.9 google review rating is .9 too high.

My intention is that will be my only trip to Parker.

Little evidence of law enforcement, tribal or otherwise. My concerns were unfounded.

What I get for reading news.

I did get a tire to replace one I sidewall pinched a hole in a while back

One of the worst affected areas is the Navajo nation as reported in the news last night. 4 corners region of AZ and NM. Roads are blocked into the reserves but all roads passing through are open to through traffic.
No one is allowed to stop or enter off of the main roads. Fyi
