Wow! And I thought my setup was kind of ghetto. They win!
When I went to teach on the Res the only rental property available was an adobe with the back wall missing and no water or utilities for $600 a month in 1980 or a trailer lot in the old fort's stable. I got a horse shoe nail in my tires on a daily basis. I learned if you are gonna do what you want to do you have to do the best you can with what you have got and learn what you have to to get it done usually by your own hands. Fortunately there is a lot of help now here in this site, ask.

They need that working ceiling fan to get rid of all the chemical fumes from cooking meth. That trailer screams meth lab.
BTW, the roof clearly overloads the trailer making it unsafe to move. So wherever it is now, there it must stay.
