I was curious and so I wrote to the people at C-Tran (Clark county Bus system in Vancouver, WA) and asked them what they did with their used buses.

Found out there's a "Public Surplus" website. also good for other stuff...(need a boat or computer? it's there)

yes here is the link for the Texas state site... They actually have a couple of store fronts in Fort Worth and San Antonio
