I made the decision over a year ago to quit my FT job so mentally I'm out of the crazy workforce, just doing PT work in order to supplement monies needed after renters pay their rent. Felt good not going to an 8/5 job, but still not satisfied, house ins goes up, taxes go up, maintenance upkeep. I'm drowning in the sea of never enough money to feed the monster.
I spend my mornings watching the sun come up on my patio and at night watch the stars twinkle under a desert sky, but the damn city lights cause my stars to fade. So while listening to Bob talk about contentment and simplicity for the umpteenth time I made the decision to sell my home. Tomorrow will be the first day of the rest of my better life. Wish me luck as they say steady as she goes! I'm looking for a 20' class C around 10k, let me know if anyone sees a good buy.
