Have you tried a vegetarian diet, and take one decent multivitamin per day?
A lot of vegans/vegetarians find their diets lacking in Iron, Omega fatty acids, and B vitamins.
You probably have the omegas covered with olive oil. Iron and B vitamins are easy to obtain from multivitamins. Iron is easy enough to get from black beans, raisins, and dark green leafy vegetables.
